Comprehensive AOE COE investigations, third party liability and subrogation issues,  surveillance and activity checks.  Our AOE COE investigations include in-depth statement acquisition from all parties – applicant, supervisors/co-workers, And witnesses.  Facts revealed provide the client with much needed and required information relating to the claimant’s employment history, concurrent or self-employment, job performance, difficulties, facts of the injury or accident, the claimant’s current medical condition and treatment, medical
and claims history, personal hobbies, and lifestyle.  

Our surveillance investigations and activity checks assist to determine whether the applicant is engaged in activities and actions outside the scope of their medical restrictions and limitations, and whether the
applicant is gainfully employed and potentially committing fraud.  We use state of the art digital video equipment, proper surveillance vehicles, and mobile communications to provide our clients with effective and efficient investigations.  Proper mobile communications provide our clients (and office support staff) with real time information from the field.   

PERSONAL INJURY/ AUTOMOBILE CLAIMS / GEN. LIAB
Fraud, gross misrepresentation and other detailed discrepancies are revealed during the course of our bodily injury automobile accident claims investigations. Detailed recorded statements from all parties provide the client with pre-accident, accident and post-accident details.  Facts relating to actual injuries sustained, vehicle damage, medical treatment, therapy, medical history, and previous claim history provide the client with a complete background of each involved party.

Policy review, wage loss evaluations, accident scene diagrams and measured photographs of the damage to all vehicles involved are other services routinely performed during the course of a fraud investigation.  With these and all other facts, we can reach a strong conclusion as to the merits of the claim.

COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL CLAIMS EVALUATIONS
With a secured signed medical release authorization, and when used in conjunction with a detailed claimant statement, a comprehensive medical claim file evaluation and clinic inspection can provide corroborating facts to confirm inappropriate medical treatment and violations of state laws that regulate medical, chiropractic and physical therapy treatments.  The facts revealed provide our clients with the necessary information needed to deny a claim and generate a fraud referral.

INTERNAL/EMPLOYER THEFT & LOSS
Comprehensive and effective internal investigations relating to employee misconduct, theft and drug use.  Comprehensive reporting that is both FCRA/AB 1068 compliant and maintains required client work-product privilege. Surveillance and undercover investigations identify the source of loss and liability to the employer.
